Our client is one of the fastest growing organizations in their industry. Their manufacturing efforts have been recognized for their world class high-speed packaging efforts. We are currently seeking a key individual for the role of Engineering and Maintenance Manager. As the Engineering and Maintenance manager you will be tasked with maintaining and improving the areas of equipment reliability, process engineering, automation, controls, employee workforce development and equipment upgrades and design. This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
Requirements:

• BS in Engineering; MBA/Master's in Engineering Management is a plus.
• Candidates must not be job hoppers and have strong leadership skills
• 10-15 years in Engineering & Maintenance Management, with 5 years in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment (required) and aseptic processing (highly preferred).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, and manage P&L.
• Leadership, teamwork, and experience in fast-paced environments

Familiar with preventative maintenance program management, GMP’s and SOP’s

• Prior maintenance management experience a plus
• Prior experience with Project Management and Tracking software/tools
• Experience installing new lines/equipment and/or new plant start-up a plus
