The Administrative Assistant 2 follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective secretarial support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization.

Answers telephones, screens calls, and takes messages so callers / visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately.

The Administrative Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative / operational / customer support assignments.

This position will be part of a team supporting the Senior VP, MarketPoint, providing timely and effective sales support.

Responsibilities may include : Calendar support and meeting scheduling which may involve scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.

Manage the appointments and schedule of the MarketPoint (MP) leadership team, including PTO tracking, completion of expense reports and processing approvals for the MP leadership team, pulling data and creating reports, preparing for meetings, and recording notes, and completing general administrative duties.

This role requires good time management to prioritize requests, create and organize processes to complete administrative tasks and projects.

Other responsibilities for this role include :

  • Create / maintain MarketPoint organizational charts.
  • Own and manage MarketPoint organization distribution lists.
  • Maintain SVP operating dashboard, ecosystem, and calendar cadence.
  • Manage local office coordination of organization needs.
  • Coordinate with the sales / admin support teams across MarketPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience supporting a Director / Executive or higher in an administrative role
  • Health care experience in insurance and / or sales support
  • Must be willing to work and support EST / CST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$43,400 - $59,600 per year
