Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana is seeking a Human Resources Quality Data Entry Representative 3 to provide assistance to leaders and HR partners with the entry of transactions into HR Systems. The Data Entry Representative 3 keys a variety of standard and/or complex business data into a computer, prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail, obtains missing data, and protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential. The Data Entry Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment, may apply intermediate mathematical skills, and decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. The Data Representative 3 regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

·Access and navigate through multiple complex computer systems to review and input HR, benefit and payroll data form various transactions/error reports

·Complete peer work review for accuracy of data entry; correcting and reporting entries as needed

·Manually enter confidential associate data into appropriate systems, records and files

·Perform routine data audits to verify accuracy and make corrections according to defined business processes

·Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all data processing to maintain expectations of associates and service level agreements

·Communicate effectively with leaders and HR partners to resolve complex HR and payroll inquiries

·Interact with HR partners on matters affecting data, and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement of job processes to ensure and maintain standards in data entry, collection and retrieval

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry
  • Experience supporting an HR function
  • Proven problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, and maintain a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of associates & leadership
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel
  • If selected for an offer within range of a Humana location, this role is will be considered hybrid. If not within proximity of a Humana location, this role is considered fully remote.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired
  • Workday experience

Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$37,200 - $51,200 per year
