The Senior Associate Well-Being Experience Professional will be responsible for:
·Provides consultation and leads team-based efforts to address business issues and achieve well-being goals.
·Assembles and leads cross-functional teams to conceive and implement enterprise initiatives, improved processes, enhance participation, monitor/reduce costs, and develop/track success metrics.
·Translates research discoveries and trends to evaluate, develop and implement innovative well-being experiences and resources to continually enhance the company's position as a leader in health and well-being.
·Leverages well-being expertise to address gaps in associate experience, improve population health, optimize program outcomes, and assess new innovative programs.
·Engages associates via an understanding of emotional drivers of decision making and motivators for healthy behavior and deploys strategies and tactics accordingly (i.e., behavioral economics, incentives, marketing, outreach).
·Manages on-going relationship(s) with one or more third-party vendors, focusing on maintaining vendor alignment with Humana’s well-being philosophy while ensuring Humana is satisfied with the services provided.
·Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
·Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
·Influence department’s strategy.
Required Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree
·3 or more years of wellness and/or well-being strategy and program design experience
·2 or more years of project leadership experience
·Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
·Demonstrated ability to work across matrix teams
·Vendor management experience

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
