Opportunity Description
The Senior Sales Advisor role for a world-renowned long term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, is responsible for supporting and assisting the Senior Living Sales & Marketing team in achieving the Community’s sales and revenue goals. The Senior Living Sales Advisor is under the direction of the Director. This position will be from Tuesday – Saturday.

Job Duties
The Senior Living Sales Advisor acts as a team lead for Sales, guiding and supporting the sales advisors and sales coordinators, providing regular reporting to the director and VP all sales activity, as well as collaborating with the team to implement necessary sales systems/processes. Additionally, they will be responsible for hands-on sales execution for Senior Living Communities by cultivating leads and converting to move-ins. This role requires the development and maintenance of a positive relationship with the residents and prospects, and cultivating new business through direct and telephone sales, and interactions with professionals.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a senior living community, sales, or a related work field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Benefits
Compensation: $75,000 min. to $80,000 max. Annually
