HumanHire is partnered with a leading, globally recognized manufacturer & wholesaler that has been in business for 30 years in search of a Regional Sales Representative for their Michigan/Indiana territory.
We are seeking candidates with prior outside sales experience, preferably within manufacturing.
What we offer:
Position: Regional Sales Representative
Location: Kalamazoo, MI (midpoint)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
Compensation: Base salary of $75,000-80,000 per year plus commission
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K, monthly car allowance
Responsibilities:
Develop territory sales plans & promotions to identify and build relationships with customers & key decision makers
Travel to jobsites and attend tradeshows & open houses to demonstrate products
Research and recruit new distributors within territory as needed
Implement regional business unit & company programs with accounts
Utilize CRM system to maintain communications & sales progress and create reports on expenses, shows, dealer visits, etc.
Respond to customer requests, send confirmation & thank you letters, and call customers as needed
Requirements:
Prior outside sales experience required, manufacturing experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or Salesforce
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel to jobsites and tradeshows
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects & demonstrate products
