Well-established assisted living agency is seeking experienced office professionals.
Our office is seeking energetic fast learners who will become a part of our team.
This position is from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
(Weekends and major holidays off)

Summary:
You will be responsible for working with managing client's files. Which include but are not limited to:
-Scheduling doctor's appointments and follow-up appointments.
-Researching and creating community outings/ activities for client's.
-Communicating with pharmacy, doctors, therapists, case workers, etc via email, phone, fax when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed are a must
Sort, file, and scan a large volume of records
Sending and responding to emails
Corresponding with staff, supervisors, and other office admin
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Meet deadlines
Manage client databases
Maintain client's files, and organize client documents; photocopy, fax, upload, etc.
Type documents, drafts, and reports
As well as any other basic office duties.

-Demonstrated excellent organizational and personal interfacing skills.
-Comfortable learning new applications and taking on new tasks as required.
-Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines (i.e., fax, copier, printers, etc.) required.
-Possess ability to deal with conflict and resolve problems with poise.
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Exhibit a personal commitment to develop knowledge of the business.
Education/Experience:
-Excellent typing skills (word processing; 50-60 wpm), high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
-Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field is required
-Two years of consistent employment in a customer service/ office capacity.
-High School Diploma: (College Degree preferred)
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized multitasker
-Willingness to learn and desire to grow with the company
