Compensation for the Technical Support Representative
- $19 - $23 Per Hour
- Monday to Friday, 7 am – 4 pm

Responsibilities for the Technical Support Representative
- Receive customer calls and answer technical questions regarding system operation
- Troubleshoot system hardware and software via telephone and internet connection
- Document customer issue and resolution
- Participate as a member of the support team to bring customer issues to advanced support and/or engineering until resolved
- Build products, programs systems, loads software, sets up demonstrator systems and training events
- Support engineering projects with testing, documentation, and take part in quality projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Technical Support Representative
- Associates degree in industrial electronics, computer networking or equivalent education or experience
- Detailed oriented, handles repetitive work well
- Strong communication and documentation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others
- Good keyboarding skills along with familiarity of Microsoft Office, Windows 7 & 10 and XP Pro
- Excellent logic skills with the ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Accurately collect and report data, take directions well, and be able to work unsupervised
- Reliable and prompt to start of shifts and respect for allocated break times
