Job Title: General Manager for a Restaurant

Location: Aventura, Florida, 33180

Pay: $85,000 per year

As the General Manager, you will be managing a restaurant. You will also have a direct role in ensuring that residents and their guests have a unique and memorable dining experience. Your position will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of operations

The primary job duties of the General Manager include:

• Working with the Operations Team to manage and oversee restaurant operations
• Supporting staff in delivering superior guest service
• Intuitive communication in order to ensure guest satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and tactfully to residents’ and guests’ questions and concerns
• Scheduling
• Managing and leading staff
• Training and evaluating staff performance
• Managing restaurant supplies
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Working with ownership to implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Culture-development

Skills and Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Restaurants and Hospitality
• Knowledge & understanding of restaurant financials
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
• Self-motivated and strong desire to grow within Hospitality
• Guest-oriented
• Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
