Essential Functions

  • Assist in ensuring companies are compliant with payroll, benefits and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining employee/HR records, including new hire set up, I9 validation, all monthly payroll changes and ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation
  • Creation, review and help in administration of performance management programs
  • Assistance in coordination of benefits enrollments for companies
  • Ability to participate in on-boarding and off-boarding activities
  • Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service
  • Performs other related activities as assigned 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Analysis and reporting skills a plus
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to have a friendly disposition for client relations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds 
  • Ability to sit, stand and bend would be required
