This Position Reports To: Store Manager, Retail Store Supervisor, Chief Retail Officer Job OverviewManages operations and activities of store and staff when Store Manager is not present; executes company policies, procedures, and programs ensuring that the score is consistently providing quality service to all customers at all times constantly looking at ways to improve. This hourly position will require 40 hours per week at minimum.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Three Key Results: The top three results this position is responsible for achieving are: 1. Follow the direction of Store Manager in completing daily paperwork, deposits, keeping up with the cleanliness of store and lot.2. Help in Recruiting, Training and Scheduling employees to maximize customer service and adhering to labor budgets3. Assist Store Manager in Ordering, stocking, controlling inventory levels and covering shifts. Responsibilities and Duties: The essential duties required to carry out this job are:• Meets or exceeds all Core Value behaviors.• Able to help with all on going training to achieve exceptional customer service.• Keeping up with all daily responsibilities when the store manager is not present.• Share in the responsibility for ensuring the store is open and closed according to the posted schedule.• Adapt to changes in the work environment by changing approach or method to best fit the situation at hand.• All aspects of cash control including but not limited to bank deposits, cashier drawers, safes, etc. They will utilize the tools given them such as cameras, cashier audits, Cashier Till Reports, etc., to help the employees understand cash control and to catch any criminal behavior.• Daily paperwork including but not limited to, cashier Till Reports, invoicing, Daily Reconciliation Reports, etc.• All “Inventory Control” including but not limited to ordering, stocking, merchandising, timely sales, vendor check in and shortages.• Upkeep of location such as cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, windows, counters, shelving, walls, pump islands, driveways, landscaping, etc.
