The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting with potential customers face-to-face, and driving sales within an assigned territory. Territory Development
Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs, demonstrate products and close sales
Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
Sales Process
Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings
Negotiate contracts and pricing and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts
Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to record all sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports
All New Hires are required to successfully complete the New Hire Onboarding, earning a certification that demonstrates they possess the skills required to effectively master the roleQualifications:
Experience
Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets
5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry
Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation (will reimburse for mileage)
Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
Experience with Salesforce CRM
