As a Leasing Agent at The Vic at Woodforest, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective residents find their ideal home. You will be responsible for showcasing our luxurious apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the leasing process. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to create a positive first impression are critical to the success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospective Resident Engagement:
• Greet and warmly welcome all prospective residents.
• Provide informative tours of the property, showcasing apartment features, amenities, and the overall luxury experience.
• Address inquiries and schedule appointments to view available units.
• Leasing & Sales:
• Assist prospective residents in completing applications and lease agreements.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of apartment floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Close leases, achieve leasing targets, and maintain a high closing ratio.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the leasing process.
• Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity.
• Complete leasing paperwork and financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in marketing and advertising initiatives to attract new residents.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and local area developments.
• Provide recommendations to management on pricing strategies and promotional events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in luxury apartment leasing or a related sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Customer-focused, highly motivated, and results-driven.
