Hunova is Hiring a Sales Consultant Near Greenwich, CT

Seeking a highly experienced Sales Advisor/Consultant . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, and structuring, sales organizations. This individual will leverage their extensive experience and expertise in using AI to enhance sales operations, drive efficiency, and boost revenue and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

• Sales Organization Structuring: Build, structure, and restructure sales teams to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sales operations, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans.

• Training and Development: Provide training and development programs for sales teams to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.

• Client Engagement: Engage with key clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales performance, strategies, and outcomes for senior management.

You should be able to define, understand, and develop various sales organization roles, each of which plays a crucial part in the sales organization, working together to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The ability to define, adjustments and additional roles that may be necessary based on the specific needs and structure of the organization is important

including the following sales roles:

1. Hunters/Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR)

2. Farmers/Account Manager, Customer Success Manager (CSM)

3. Closers/Account Executive (AE), Sales Executive

4. Sales Operations/Sales Operations Manager, Sales Analyst

5. Sales Enablement/Sales Enablement Manager, Sales Trainer

6. Sales Leadership/Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, VP of Sales, Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

7. Channel Sales/Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager

Qualifications:

o Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in building and restructuring sales organizations.

o Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance sales operations.

• Skills:

o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in using sales software and AI tools (e.g., CRM systems, sales analytics platforms).

o Leadership and team-building capabilities.

o Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Personal Attributes:

o Self-motivated and results-oriented.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

o Strong organizational and time management skills.
