Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time BIM Operator to join our team. This position will work with internal and external team’s comprised of engineers, BIM and CAD/Revit operators, General Contractors, Project Managers and Owners to produce Technology drawing sets for construction.
As a full-time BIM Operator, you will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. Major Duties:
- Work with Project Managers to develop Technology Design Packages
- Integrate with internal and external design teams to achieve BOD requirements
- Produce accurate and constructable plan sets
Minimum Qualifications:
- BIM and / or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) project experience
- Revit Experience
- AutoCAD experience
- BIM 360 experience
- MS Office including Word and Excel
- Working with Professional Engineers, Revit/CAD operators, and other team members
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
- Experience as a Revit/CAD operator in electrical design or construction
- Autodesk certification or associate’s degree in AutoCAD/Revit drafting and design
- Experience in low voltage including Structured Cabling / Audio Visual etc
- BICSI certifications

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
