About the Role:Were on the hunt for a skilled Litigation Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients in Washington, DC. In this role, you'll tackle complex litigation cases, excel in legal research, and lead document production and discovery processes. If you're a sharp litigator with a passion for detail and client service, we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
- Engage in comprehensive complex litigation, managing all phases from pretrial to discovery
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive briefs
- Lead document production and manage the discovery process effectively
- Support the practices growth by contributing to articles, participating in speaking engagements, and other client development activities
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Must be admitted in the District of Columbia and Maryland
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex litigation
- Judicial clerkship experience is highly regarded
- Recent experience at an AM Law 100 firm is crucial (Please refer to this https://legacy.vault.com/best-companies-to-work-for/law/top-100-law-firms-rankings to verify if you have worked for one of these firms.)
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
