. *Job Description:* As an Assistant Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the contract management process within our organization. You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with various subcontractors will be essential to the smooth execution of contracts and agreements. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor incoming contract and service agreements for correct pricing and information. * Assist in setting up and maintaining job budgets for construction projects. * Help in the preparation of invoices with supporting documentation and submitting them to clients. * Assists in monitoring of the contractor’s insurance logs to ensure. * Prepare draws and follow billing cycle and ensure payments draws are submitted on time. * Responsible for accounts payable and account receivable. * Reconcile daily bank deposits. * Generated end of month accounting reports. * Assist in keeping accurate records of company finances. * Maintain records in accordance with company policy. * Prepare payroll. * Assist in budget process. * Assist with day-to-day functions of company. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. * 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision. * Proven experience with ground-up and retrofit projects. * Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. * Experience with commercial construction projects. * Must have QuickBooks Enterprise experience. *Skills:* * QuickBooks. * Strong Communication. * Problem-Solving. * Time Management. * Attention to Detail. * Leadership.
