Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to assemble crossbows in accordance with established standards and rates of productivity.

• General assembly of crossbows.
• Notify department manager of product discrepancies, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Keep workstation clean and well organized.
• Label defective items and place in the designated area.
• Accurately record all daily production amounts.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Prior assembly experience preferred.
• General knowledge of archery equipment, compound bow mechanics, and triggers preferred.
