As a Manager/Director, you will manage the day to day operations of a busy Learning Center. You will be expected to meet revenue, operations, and marketing goals. The four main components include:
- SALES
- MARKETING
- MANAGEMENT
- EDUCATION
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience:
- Previous management and sales experience is advantageous.
- Educational experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative are required.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
