Summary:

Duties And Responsibilities
- Review the first couple of plans for each internal advisor new to planning and review a sample size of plans for all other advisors to ensure consistency and quality.
- Build & Present plans when a complex client situation is involved or if the advisor is newer to planning.
- Collaborate planning strategies with internal advisors when reviewing or assisting in the planning process.
- Continuously build and refine training curriculums on planning & discovery for the internal Advisors.
- Planning and software training of internal Advisors, this involves gathering data, inputting data, modeling data, and presenting data.
- Discovery Training of field Advisors, this involves identifying clients’ priorities and concerns, goals, planning issues, external advisors, net worth and how we can help.
- Assist in building of and presentation of Wealth Insights.
- Assist the Wealth Strategists, as needed.
- Maintains and expands knowledge within the planning environment, this can involve fulfilling continuous education requirements, seminars, individual research, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of related experience
- CPA, CFP or CWS
- Strong knowledge of investments, estate planning, retirement and cash flow, education planning, business planning, benefits planning, risk management, philanthropic planning, credit, and liquidity
- Demonstrated client advisory and servicing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency with Money Guide Pro, eMoney, MS Windows and Office Products & Salesforce
