The Director of Student Services for Huntington University Arizona (HUAZ) is responsible for providing comprehensive student support services that foster a Christ-centered, supportive environment at the Peoria, Arizona location. This in-person role involves close collaboration with main campus offices, including Student Life, Registrar, Business, and Financial Aid, to ensure a seamless experience for students. Key responsibilities include promoting student success, coordinating student engagement activities, serving as a liaison with main campus offices, supporting advisement and registration processes, assisting with student accommodations, tracking retention, and upholding university policies and procedures.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position in our Peoria, Arizona location.

Qualifications
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong commitment to serving others, and dedication to being a faithful steward of university resources.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Experience and understanding of Christian higher education.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a university setting.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and student support strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal departments and external organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
