in-house experience working for a brand are preferred over agency backgrounds. While candidates with agency experience will be considered, it's important that they demonstrate a track record of being able to handle multiple influencers at a time, given the fast-paced nature of this role, and effectively manage budgets.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record of driving conversions, as this is crucial to the success of our influencer marketing program. This person should also be data driven and be able to speak to successful campaigns/partnerships they have managed in the past.

• 5 years of experience specializing in Influencer Marketing
• Must be performance driven and able to drive ROAS above $2.5 or higher.
• Come with a book of business upwards of $250k or higher (net rev)
