The Department Secretary works under the general supervision of the Director. Performs various secretarial duties and screening tasks in accordance with established procedures.
Education: High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience: Minimum of two years experience as a secretary or receptionist preferred.
Additional Skills/abilities: Proficient in use of computerized spreadsheet and word processing applications. Ability to effectively communicate and work independently.
