The Office Manager serves as a frontline supervisor of all staff. Responsible for coordinating office staff, time and attendance, communicating to staff, office staff schedule, problem solving, day to day operations of the office.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
Experience:
Office management and/or child care experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring changing tasks frequently and quickly when necessary. Must be proficient in the use and programming of the personal computer with a strong emphasis on spreadsheet applications and presentation software. General office duties: phone, scheduling software, e-mail, and telephone etiquette, typing, Dictaphone, copier and fax machine. Must have strong leadership skills. Must be innovative and have strong critical thinking skills,
