Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and verifying change
- Familiarity with Spoton POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
- Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in the food industry or catering is beneficial
- Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
