Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning and a stellar experience to all who walk through our doors with a positive attitude and radiating energy.
- Assist and eventually oversee projects, including orders, Donut Ambulance days, and staff announcements
- Supervise, manage and help to train staff members across various departments, including front of house, back of house, and front counter
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and cleanliness throughout the building
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of all ages
- Familiarity with customer service, kitchen management, food safety, inventory control, and the overall food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
