Currently, Huseby is looking for a Full-Time position as a Production Specialist to perform the following responsibilities during our 10am-7pm shift:

Roles and Responsibilities:

A Production Specialist for Huseby, Inc. provides transcript production services for the legal industry. The right candidate will have the overall responsibility of producing and packaging legal transcripts to Huseby national clients. Delivers expected results from all production processes through adherence to our policies and procedures while ensuring quality standards.

• Review work order to identify items to produce
• Review work order for accuracy so that it is processed according to client’s requests
• Prepare transcripts and/or exhibits according to client’s request
• Scan and print exhibits using various printer machines
• Cross train in various departments
• Perform light lifting (25 lbs)

Pre-screening requirements:

• Drug Test
• Criminal Background Check

Skills:

• Proven track record as a quality team member with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ability to multitask and handle various tasks assigned
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and quality focused
• Able to exhibit high level of confidentiality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Demonstrates the ability to have transcripts meet quality standards and clients’ specifications
• Process mail and ship packages daily

Proficiency with the use of various computer applications required for production processing

• Demonstrates an excellent ability and eagerness to learn
• Must be able to gather and analyze information provided on the work order form
• Ability to work independently in varying levels of intensity and meet deadlinesOther:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required Experience & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or general education degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated high-quality writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Professional judgment demonstrated through a work and education history that supports the ability to multi-task and meet demanding assignments under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Experience:

• High comfort level with writing reports, analyzing, and summarizing data from diverse sources, interviews, meetings, surveys and focus groups, and ability to deliver work on a timeline.
