You will be a part of the Team responsible for the SAP S/4 Cloud Solution Operations, dedicated to various steady state operations functions. Together, we focus on maintaining solution stability, security, and performance after implementation, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within our SAP Cloud Solution.
Your mission:
The Amplify Program is Husqvarna Group's strategic initiative to unify our IT landscape with a cloud-based ERP platform using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. You will join the Run Organization, which oversees the operations of the SAP S/4 Cloud solution provided by the Amplify Program. Your expertise will help shape the future of our legacy ERP platforms, preparing them for a seamless transition to a S/4 HANA Cloud platform.
In this role, you'll be a part of Husqvarna Group's IT department, Global Information Services (GIS) and you'll collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and colleagues all over the world. You will l ead the Center of Excellence for SAP Cloud AMS, driving operational excellence towards a stable and optimized service delivery framework and work with continuous improvement of IT service.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the CoE team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Standardize processes and ensure adherence to best practices across SAP deployments.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and integration.
  • Development and maintenance of key business stakeholder relationships that enable transition and sustain ongoing operations
  • Align legacy ERP delivery process transformation
  • Cross-functional coordination with diverse delivery teams and business projects
  • Alignment with Amplify Program pre-requisites, to meet objectives and timelines
  • Alignment with Cloud ERP CoE roll-in processes and ongoing coordination between Legacy / Amplify /Amplify Roll-in projects/ Cloud Delivery teams
  • Planning and maintaining sunset timeline and processes for legacy platforms as they become redundant
  • Development and maintenance of plan for resource transformation / enablement throughout transition
  • Support development and Implementation of processes to coordinate ongoing deliveries that require cross-delivery collaboration and coordination
About you:
You are a dynamic leader with exceptional communication skills in English. You excel at navigating the complex intersection of technical, commercial, process, and business requirements, and have a proven track record in this area.
Your strategic planning and development skills are great, and you are adept at fostering collaboration across diverse teams. You have a strong background in developing high-performing teams and inspiring leaders to achieve excellence.
Skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years in ERP system implementation, especially SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, with 3-5 years in a leadership role managing SAP solutions .
  • Excellent project management, change management, strategic planning, preparing teams for new processes and operational optimization skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with SAP Activate or similar methodologies.
  • Understanding legacy ERP platforms and cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
Locations :
This role is based at one of our offices in US ( Olathe or Charlotte ).
At Husqvarna, we have a hybrid work model, but we like to meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week.
