Roles & Responsibilities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred.
Must have 5 years of sales experience with a digital product line.
Must have experience penetrating new accounts.
Must have been trained or demonstrated strategic thinking/planning skills around the sales/ buying process (EX: Miller Heiman Strategic Selling).
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be market savvy with well-developed negotiating and closing skills.
Must have demonstrated outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Must have the ability to travel up to 75%.
Skills
Food retailing experience/knowledge preferred.
Sales of both hardware and software products preferred.

The salary'range of $50,050 - $96,250 is just one component of Hussmann's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
