Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable HVAC Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers to choose the best HVAC service option from three different quotes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC services and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation:

• Engage with customers to understand their specific HVAC needs and concerns.
• Provide expert advice on HVAC solutions and services that best meet their requirements.

Quote Evaluation:

• Review and analyze three different HVAC quotes provided to the customer.
• Explain the differences between the quotes, including cost, services offered, warranty details, and quality of materials used.
• Highlight the pros and cons of each quote to assist customers in making an informed decision.

Recommendation:

• Offer professional recommendations based on the evaluation of the quotes.
• Ensure customers are aware of any hidden costs or additional services that may impact their decision.

Follow-up:

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their chosen HVAC service.
• Address any concerns or issues that may arise post-service.

Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotes reviewed, and recommendations provided.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing the evaluation process and customer decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a deep understanding of HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance techniques, materials, and codes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and compare multiple service quotes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
