HVAC Distributors has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Credit Manager to join our inclusive team. This full-time Credit Manager role is based in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania and offers an excellent salary and benefits.
As a Credit Manager, you will manage our new account credit investigation, account creation, set up process, determine and set credit limits for customers in the eclipse system. You will also ensure proper documentation is collected and filed, including credit applications, personal guarantees, and credit history/references.
In this role as HVAC Distributor's Credit Manager role, you can expect to:

• Oversee the collection of receivables by developing policies and procedures to maximize the collections while minimizing write-offs and lost sales
• Manage the Credit department staff to safeguard the receivable and ascertain that all credit policies and Procedures are being followed
• Be responsible for the satisfactory resolution of customer disputes
• Work with the Collectors, the Sales Organization, Logistics and the customer to resolve disputes while insuring an ongoing business relationship with the customer.
• Provide periodic reporting to the Sr. Management team as to the status of the companies Accounts Receivable aging, specific regional account review and various KPI's.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university, in Accounting or Finance equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing credit; with subordinate employees.
• Must be within commuting distance of Mount Joy PA
