ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure the safety of each warehouse employee through the utilization of harnesses, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
- Provide problem solving solutions to opportunities that arise with Safety/Quality/Delivery/Inventory/Productivity.
- Drive performance by collaborating with production and customer service departments to achieve 95% on time delivery.
- Supervise the receiving and storing of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies while maintaining a cycle count accuracy of 98%.
- Ensure inspections of incoming material are performed for supplier quality compliance.
- Direct the planning and assignment of work for the most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- 2 years supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- PC Proficient using Microsoft Office packages.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
- 2 years warehouse experience preferred.
