We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and fun individual to become a member of the Merchandising / Sales team in the Timepiece Division of one of the top selling watch brands in the world.
Pay starts at $16.00 per hour, plus Mileage reimbursement based on current IRS regulation. Merchandisers work approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule primarily weekdays, with weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
- Prior merchandising / sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must have Email capabilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred but not required
- Outstanding and attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for following a planogram and all visual directives, providing sales support, and conducting in-store trainings.
The Merchandiser travels to locations throughout the Nashville area, including Goodlettsville, Knoxville, Clarksville, Cookeville, Bristol, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Bowling Green KY, and surrounding areas
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create and execute displays to entice customers while staying within company standards
- Analyze business to determine best / worst sellers and adjust planogram accordingly
- Merchandise and maintain timepieces in all accounts including Department Store, Mass Merchants and Jeweler Accounts.
- Use and placement of POP material
- Partner with all store personnel including Management and communicate effectively with each Manager on a regular basis
- Conduct In-Store trainings on product knowledge
- Completes Monthly Reports and submits monthly pictures
- Provides In-Store Product Knowledge Trainings
- Assists Customers with sales, questions, and concerns
- Required Sales Time during peak selling hours
