Job Title: Guest Service Manager
Job Overview:

• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries or requests they may have
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Utilize phone etiquette and proficiently operate phone systems

Experience:

• Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures is advantageous
