- Must be able to perform all agent functions, including the Night Audit – runs nightly reports and resets the system.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and prepare complex reports of room availability and revenue generated.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Provide hands-on support during peak business times.
- Must be able to effectively deal with internal & external guests, some of whom require patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect factual information, and resolve conflict.
- Completes a daily MOD Report to communicate guest opportunities and other information
- Completes accident/incident reports as necessary
- Assist in projects and other duties as directed by the Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms.
- Managed front desk activity and handled guest check-ins and check-outs
- Preparing welcome guest packets and VIP reports
- Prepares daily internal communications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to work during the overnight shift
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
- Must be able to sit for long periods
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder.
- Must frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements.
