Major Functions:
To servefood and beverage items to outlet guests.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous food& beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume. Mustupsell food and beverage items
Qualifications:
Must have strong organizational,time management and mathematical skills
Mustbe fluent in English and demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly withguests and co-workers.
Mustbe willing to "pitch-in€ and help co-workers with their job duties and be ateam player.
Musthave basic knowledge of Beer, Wine and Spirits and be familiar with menu items
Knowledgeof MICROS Helpful, but not required.
Maintaina professional appearance and manner at all times.
Mustdemonstrate the ability to upsell and drive revenue.
Musthave a minimum of 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Abilityto exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions.
Musthave strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior

Completeall payment transactions according to standard

Cleanand re-set tables according to standard
Notifymanagement of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impairedcustomers.
Responsiblefor checking IDs of all guests when in question, and not serving guests with novalid ID.
Complieswith all established F&B standards
Mustbe able to suspend service to intoxicated individuals in accordance withDelaware law
