The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees.This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.

Job Compensation: This position offers an hourly rate range from $26.25/hour to $27.80/hour. The starting rate for this position is now $26.25/hour. For those colleagues who have been in their role with Hyatt as a Security Officer for (4) four years or more, the position offers $26.78/hour. For those candidates identified for the "Lead" role, an established rate of $27.25/hour is offered. For those Lead Security Officer colleagues who have been in their role with Hyatt for (4) four years or more, the position offers $27.80/hour.

For overnight shifts scheduled and worked, colleagues will earn an additional $2.00/hour on top of the base rate.
