Organization- Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and SpaSummaryThe Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.

- No formal education is required, although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for prolonged periods.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
