Responsibilities include:
- Full knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Support bar team members with ringing in and preparation of specialty cocktails, following recipes and beverage standards
- Set up, maintain, and bus patio tables
- Ensure accurate delivery of items and quality check
- Participation and assistance in special plaza events
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked patio area
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to stand for up to 8 hours
- Positive attitude and social skills
- Ability to work as a team
- High level of integrity
- Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
