Responsibilities:
- Beverage Menu Management: Develop and update beverage menus in coordination with management. Ensure a diverse and appealing selection of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular inventory counts for upcoming events. Minimize waste and ensure freshness of products, and responsible for the upkeep of the beverage room.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train beverage staff on preparation techniques, service standards, and customer engagement. Supervise staff during service hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of beverages served to customers and ensure adherence to recipe standards. Address any quality issues promptly.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide recommendations, receive feedback, and address any concerns or complaints related to beverages. Assist with crowd control and flow of the bar. Monitor guest beverage intake to ensure the safety of our guest and colleagues.
- Bar Operations: Oversee bar operations including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety sanitation regulations. Setups and breakdown of the bars and follow opening and closing reporting procedures.
- Required to partner with planners and managers to find the best outcome for the clients and guests alike.

QualificationsQualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects (e.g., cases of beverages).
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
