As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of Hyatt! This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation with our guest and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
This position is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift.
Description:
- Responsible for the guest registration process
- Communication of hotel services and promotions
- Processing forms of payment
- Responding to guest inquires
- Complimentary & Discounted Hotel Rooms - free nights after 90 days, as well as Colleague Rate Discount and Friends & Family Rate Discount upon hire!
