Job Summary

The Learning Analyst (Content Creation) is responsible for developing content in educational objects following a predefined methodology and strategy. 

Key Activities:

• Developing training content;
• Analyzing the technical information required for development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor;
• Elaborate the content, adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing provided;
• Developing support materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, instructor manuals, learning assessment instruments and test questions;

Qualifications

• Degree in Pedagogy, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Advertising,
• Previous experience in developing training content.
• Solid writing and editing skills: This includes the ability to create clear, concise and engaging texts for different audiences.
• Desirable: Knowledge of authoring tools.
• Call center experience (training or content creation) is a plus.
• Although it is not necessary to be a professional graphic designer, understanding basic design concepts (such as layout, typography and colors) is useful for creating visually appealing content.
