Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska, or ability to obtain one.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications preferred.
  • Experience levels ranging from new graduates to experienced nurses are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN, ONC) related to specific nursing fields.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
