Company Overview:

HydroJug is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the drinkware sector. We are currently

seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager/director to oversee and optimize our operations

on all ecommerce channels while supporting operations, finance & marketing. This role is

pivotal in enhancing our online presence, managing intricate logistics, ensuring efficient order

fulfillment, and maintaining high-quality listings, all while adhering to platform policies.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable E-commerce Marketplace Manager who will

take comprehensive ownership of our Shopify, Walmart and Amazon marketplaces. The ideal

candidate will have a robust understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including deep

insights into logistics and operational analytics, coupled with a proven track record in

successfully managing Walmart and Amazon accounts.

Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Operations (Shopify, TikTok & IG Shops, Amazon(US & International),

WFS, Wholesale e-commerce & Retail Storefronts)

● Manage end-to-end logistics & operations by sales channel, working closely with internal

logistics, other teams and external partners to optimize supply chain and process

efficiency.

  • Product delivers from suppliers on time and updates are communicated
  • Products are created on appropriate sales channels on time and accurately
  • Systems function correctly on each sales channel
  • Orders ship to FBA & WFS on time and coordinated with warehouse
  • Items are setup on all sales channels
  • Sales channels function correctly
  • Creative is updated across sales channels
  • Product launches are coordinated and executed on time and accurately

● Work with operations for sales channel inventory management from allocation,

● Oversee heavy inventory, coordinate restocks, and communicate low stock.

● Ensure timely and accurate sale events, releases, restocks and processing of customer

orders to meet delivery expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

● Marketplace Product Management - Item setup, sales channel management, regularly

review listings are current, accurate and complete.

● Sales Channel Management, Strategy & Optimization - Online Merchandising/CRO,

collection organization, content, marketing event coordination, upsells & cross sells.

● Work with marketing & CX to integrate customer journey & ensure alignment

● Field all questions and inform teams on inbound inventory, and ops related updates.

POC for all sales channel & inventory questions.

● Weekly sales channel KPI review & Quarterly Business Reviews

● Hold applicable meetings to accomplish the responsibilities for the role.

● Create and document applicable processes.

● Develop dashboards & systems for channel efficiency.

● Manage & develop outsourced PM’s

  • Maintain checklists, audits, account health, product availability, reviews strategy

etc.

● Work with the content team to optimize content strategy on sales channels

  • Organize content for wholesale marketplaces

● PPC management, forecasts & reporting

● Business reviews

  • Weekly email report based on KPI’s & relevant information
  • Quarterly business review (product portfolio, fill rates, PPC, applicable KPI’s)

Performance Monitoring:

● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Shopify (HJ and ACTA),

Walmart and Amazon accounts, using data to drive decision-making.

● Utilize advanced analytics to understand sales trends, customer feedback, and market

dynamics, applying insights to optimize performance.

Logistics and Operational Analysis:

● Conduct comprehensive logistics analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and

efficiency improvements.

● Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment processes

and reduce lead times.

● Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, including process

optimization and technology integration.

Policy Compliance:

● Stay informed about changes in Walmart and Amazon policies and guidelines.

● Ensure all operations, listings, and business practices adhere to platform regulations and

industry best practices.

● Proactively address and resolve any policy-related issues to maintain account health and

compliance.

Customer Service, Web, Systems, Marketing, Ops, Warehouse Collaboration:

● Work in tandem with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer

experience, from order placement to delivery.

● Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Finance.

● Proven experience in managing Walmart and Amazon marketplaces, with a strong

emphasis on logistics and operational efficiency.

● In-depth understanding of e-commerce logistics, supply chain management, and

inventory optimization.

● Familiarity with Walmart and Amazon Seller Central platforms and advanced

e-commerce tools.

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights

into actionable strategies.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

● Adaptability to evolving e-commerce landscapes and platform policy changes.
