The Opportunity:
The Licensing Associate contributes to the Licensing team's processes and objectives that aid in supporting a high performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
The Licensing team currently operates in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days in office and the opportunity to work remotely the remaining 2 days. In office requirements will be greater at the early stages of employment and/or based on business needs.

The Licensing Associate will sit in the Toledo office and needs to have exceptional technology and communication skills, relationship development, and the ability to effectively multi-task. Working within tight deadlines, effectively managing internal and external requests, and prioritizing projects are all essential to success in this role.
In This Role You Will Execute On:

• Assign insurance carrier credentials to new Hylant employees and others as requested
• Deactivate carrier credentials as needed
• Assist in maintaining carrier login workbooks
• Handle Property & Casualty (P&C) carrier appointments:
  • Phase 1: New Employees
  • Phase2: Individual and business entity requests
  • Phase 3: P&C carrier appointment audits
  • Phase 4: carrier requests regarding P&C producers
• Provide requested Error & Omissions (E&O) certificates as requests by insurance carriers
• Create daily Licensing help desk report for internal distribution and review
• Forward incoming notifications to assigned Hylant service associates
• Complete licensee demographic changes and review related reporting
• Mange New York state cyber insurance licensee accounts
• Upload appropriate documentation to document management system
• Review unlicensed help desk tickets and take action as needed
• Maintain log and audit work as needed
• Special projects as assigned

• Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time appropriately.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills; including research capabilities.
