Job Summary: As a Jaguar Land Rover Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sales of new and used Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. This is a full-time individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career in the highly competitive and dynamic auto industry. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process
Educate customers about the features and benefits of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles
Conduct test drives and assist customers with product demonstrations
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profit and customer satisfaction objectives are met
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products, features, and competitive offerings
Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Utilize sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Ensure timely completion of all paperwork related to vehicle sales and financing
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury vehicles
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
