Job Summary: The KIA Service Advisor at Hyman Brothers Auto Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who bring their vehicles in for service or repair. This individual contributor role works closely with the Service Manager and Service Technicians to ensure efficient and timely vehicle maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, position located in Midlothian, Virginia. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Listen actively to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Review vehicle maintenance history and recommend additional services as needed
Prepare and present service estimates to customers
Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests
Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns
Schedule service appointments and manage the service appointment calendar
Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records
Handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computer software and technology
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Availability to work on evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods
