Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event materials are procured on time.
- Help manage registration processes and attendee communications pre- and post-event.
- Participate in site visits and assist in venue selection and logistics.
- Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials and promotional content.
- Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the event schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
