Significance of the Role
Hypercare has experienced rapid expansion in the last few years and we recognize the need to establish a scalable go to market machine for continued success. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in this crucial area. Your work will directly impact the brand of Hypercare and also the number of patients that will directly benefit from the providers we help.
Core Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans to generate sales leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies that hit revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and outbound team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage, train and coach a outbound sales team and guiding them through the prospecting process by developing copy when communicating with prospects, creating Ideal Customer Profile (ICPs), and maintaining the Business Development Team’s tech stack and tools (Salesloft, Apollo)
- Empowering the sales team with marketing assets (e.g. marketing website, one pagers, case studies, press releases, and blog posts) that helps prospects understand the value of working with Hypercare
- Amplifying the story of success stories with our users and customers that represents the tone and brand values of Hypercare
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute key trade shows and conferences (including our very own)
- Communicating updates and strategic changes on pipeline building initiatives to the wider leadership team and advocating for resources required to achieve goals.
- Comfortable with the responsibility of having a pipeline objective tied to their direct goals
- Understanding of how to build pipeline through outbound strategy
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
Candidate Qualities
- Ability to create structure and new sales and marketing processes
- Experience with creating a scalable pipeline creation playbook
- Demonstrates good data-driven decision making and the ability to communicate effectively to the leadership team
- Ability to execute on cross functional projects on time
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Is this you?
- Experience building and scaling a marketing team at a Series A to C company
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles in marketing with at least 5 years of experience
- Possesses at least 5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare for medium to large enterprises of Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $50K
- You love making an impact and difference in healthcare
