Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups
- Good and established connections with network of VCs is highly preferred.
- Detailed sales / fundraising pipeline metrics including leads generated; meetings / calls booked and asks / solicitations made; closing / win rates
- Quantitative descriptions of sales / fundraising territories, sales targets, and average amounts of sales / gifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors
- Experience working independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
- Develop and implement direct fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets, with a focus on major gifts
- Collaborate with the Hyperion team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Utilize data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities
- Represent Hyperion professionally in various settings, including virtual and in-person meetings
